I've gotten my nails done here at Unwind for more than 5 years. From regular gel to the latest pedicure, currently liquid gel for me. I love that they give me champagne or water, whatever I'm in the mood for. Manicures or pedicures they keep me ready for meetings or events. They helped match my colors for the Azalea Festival or my latest purse purchase, LOL! They will find that perfect color, like they did for me yesterday.. Today was my first time at Unwind. I’m bailing on my last nail place for so many reasons. Many people had recommended Unwind to me and I finally took them up on their recommendations. Quickest gel manicure I’ve ever gotten in my life. Really great prices and really nice people. I will definitely be going back.
I booked a mother-daughter mani/pedi while on vacation, hoping for a relaxing afternoon together. We arrived early, but they tried to seat us separately despite clearly requesting a shared appointment time when booking. I had to insist, and it felt like a huge inconvenience to my technician and was embarrassing for me. The pedicure water was first freezing, then scalding and nearly overflowed the tub. Why have an appointment only nail salon if the person you schedule with doesn’t show up for the scheduled appointment? I drove 25 mins from Ogden and arrived on time for my 11:00 appointment, was told to wash my hands and pick a color. Waited for 15 mins until one of the nail techs came up and told me that the tech that was supposed to do my nails didn’t know she had to work today and they had a fully booked schedule and couldn’t do my nails so I needed to reschedule.
