I had THE BEST experience finding my wedding dress with Aimee at Unveiled! I keep reliving this day in my head, it is such a private, intentional set up and Aimee is incredibly knowledgeable in what she does. My daughter paid the 60% deposit for her wedding gown in June 2025 they told us when it was made we would be contacted to pay the balance and that the dress would be shipped and would arrive 2 weeks after payment. We received the email on January 21, 2026 (7 months later) that the dress was complete and paid the remaining balance that same day (expecting it to arrive around February 5). I went to unveiled a couple weeks ago with a family member and we were very disappointed. The owner made us feel very unwelcome and the whole appointment was uncomfortable. We were treated disrespectfully and the owner spoke with a rude attitude when this was suppose to be an enjoyable time.
I have heard from multiple people that they wish they could have given 0 stars. My fiancé came back from her experience extremely upset. The owner Aimee is very disrespectful and rude. Nobody should support this business.
I had a very disappointing experience at this bridal shop. From the moment we arrived, my group and I felt unwelcome and intimidated. When the owner asked to see my inspiration photos, I showed her some dresses I had tried on at another bridal store. She immediately made me feel belittled for having several photos from the previous appointment.
