This is one of the most horrible places I have ever had to deal with. They don't waste anytime taking the premiums from your check, but takes their sweet time paying you. The trouble I have had dealing with these people is beyond ridiculous. I was out of work for 6wks before I even received a payment that was not even enough to pay anything.
