I like the products that Unum offers
This is a total waste of your money
I've been getting the run around since the beginning of December in reference to a hospital insurance claim I filed. After submitting the requested documents, my claim was closed and I was told by UNUM to contact my employer for further explanation, in which I did... My employer was confused so they contacted UNUM and got back to me saying it was a billing error on UNUM'S end and I am good to go. These people don't want to pay. It's hard to get in touch with your worker and they won't call you back.
This is the worst company I have ever delt with the worst customer service and the worst when it comes to getting your check. When I get back to work I will definitely be dropping them.
