This a HORRIBLE company. I have been waiting in limbo for 3 months now. Mind you I have sent over everything to them three months ago. They keep sending me the same letter over and over. They lie constantly and always in pretend ‘meetings’. The lack of care is astounding. Plus it’s a slap in the face as a nurse. Imagine dedicating my life to taking care of people and my so called benefits play around with my liviehood. It’s disheartening when people, often at their most vulnerable, seek support and are met with indifference and delays. Despite proactive efforts to ensure all necessary information is provided, the ball is repeatedly dropped. Promises of callbacks by 6 PM go unfulfilled, and specialists seem to operate without accountability, displaying some of the poorest customer service I’ve encountered.
