Don't waist you money I Wish prince george's county government would stop using this company
I have had an absolutely horrible time with this company during my recovery from major surgery. There is a lack of basic compassion from their customer service team, and a lack of basic understanding of medical procedures that they are calling to inquire about. At one point during my recovery from a double mastectomy they called and asked me “how intrusive was the surgery“ can I “remember how much they removed exactly.” It’s nearly impossible to get an actual human on the phone when you call them and you have to repeatedly s... read more
horribly slow and miscommunication all along the way. NOT HELPFUL while you are waiting for surgery and recovering in the meantime. I would give negative if possible
