I have had the run around while I am already having health problems due to stress and auto immune. It has created more problems. Due to Unum closing instead of extending. Sending paperwork to the wrong Dr. Then closing my leave instead of extending. Costing me money paying for more Dr appointments.
Handled my case perfectly. More than pleased.
Don't waist you money I Wish prince george's county government would stop using this company
I have had an absolutely horrible time with this company during my recovery from major surgery. There is a lack of basic compassion from their customer service team, and a lack of basic understanding of medical procedures that they are calling to inquire about.
