well.....as nearly every single other review has stated....its amazing this company is allowed to operate. Makes you realize how little regulations there are in terms of ensuring insurance companies are holding up their end.... I had a surgery scheduled and time off work was going to be for 8 weeks. About a month before surgery i was informed by my surgeon that my surgery had to be rescheduled for a couple months later. This is a predatory organization that fights you every step of the way to avoid paying you medical leave benefits during your time of need. They make tons of money by making it impossible to get the benefits you paid for until people just give up or can’t continue because they are either sick or busy taking care of a sick family member. Unum is the most worthless thing on this planet. They don't help. They don't try. And they ignore everything you try to do. Unum is a joke and needs to be shut down for good
