They denied to pay for a dental routine covered service for some unclear reason and when I reached out to inquire, customer service was trash.
That wont get of there butts and do anything. They are causing me extreme anxiety..a complete headache to deal with. Message to them: do your jobs!
well.....as nearly every single other review has stated....its amazing this company is allowed to operate. Makes you realize how little regulations there are in terms of ensuring insurance companies are holding up their end.... I had a surgery scheduled and time off work was going to be for 8 weeks.
