Absolutely worst insurance company you will ever see. Took them 2 wks just to figure out someone got in my account and changed direct deposit banking info and stole my benefits. ′Nope we didn′t verify the account holder′s name and sent the money. Nothing we can do now′ Will sue possibly. You prbly have no other options from your company tho.
Been off work since Feb 12th due to surgery ...STILL NO PAYMENT ON MY SHORT TERM DISABILITY.!! Absolutely the worst company!!!!!!
