Ok. So my sister caught what could of been a terrible mistake from this hospital . We gave them updated med list, witch I'm assuming some one of the many people who asked for listthat we provided was to lazy to update this in the computer went by her previous list and was giving my mother meds she was no longer taken . In isolation no staff follow one procedure. Dr unuigbe comes in after telling numerous staff that neither one of our parents can tell you what day it is .
