I booked an appointment with Shan at 5:30pm but when I showed up she had multiple people still ahead of me and was very rude in regard to when she would get started on my hair. I waiting in the lobby around 20 minutes for her assistant to braid down my hair but I was never seen. My overall experience was horrible and I would not recommend.
I am so glad I found Shannon. She did not have me waiting as soon as I walked in she got started. She is very professional and truly is a professional she asked me questions about my natural hair, which let me know she cares about what she does.Everyone spoke to me as I entered the salon I immediately felt comfortable she is very family oriented. Whenever I stop by the store next door I have ran into the owner a few times and her attitude is beautiful just like her smile
I’ve been pondering for a couple days on whether or not I should make this review, but I’ve recently spent over $200 for a middle-part closure quick-weave cut into a bob, only for the middle-part closure to be significantly off-centered. She mentioned that I was “crooked” at the end of my appointment, however, I didn’t notice how bad it looked until I went home and had a closer look.
