I’ve been pondering for a couple days on whether or not I should make this review, but I’ve recently spent over $200 for a middle-part closure quick-weave cut into a bob, only for the middle-part closure to be significantly off-centered. She mentioned that I was “crooked” at the end of my appointment, however, I didn’t notice how bad it looked until I went home and had a closer look. I have been coming here since it first opened and to Shannon for years now! I always love my hair!! I mean always!! She is always professional, and knows about hair restoration and saving the integrity of your hair….and she is one of the best hairstylist in the metro Detroit area.. she is good at everything from natural hair, tape ins, wigs,brainless sew ins, regular sew ins, and more!!

Was a client for 4+ years, after I received a service I simply told Shannon that I wasn't satisfied with the style. I booked a closure sew-in which was initially flawless and 2 weeks later booked a touch up and it was bulky and I had a visible track showing (who wants that?). Anyway next day I brought more hair and she fixed it. HOWEVER TODAY when I reached out back to her she says she can no longer service me. Guess she did me a favor. Very unprofessional and messy environment. Do not recommend.
