Terrible customer service. The two women who answered the phone on two different attempts couldn't help me with anything. They left me talking alone and just said, "Excuse me?" Truly bad customer service. I called the number. 10/08/2025 calls made at 12:39 and 12:45 pm.

Dr was over an hour late for our apt and it was 2:15, meaning they had only been back from lunch for an hour and were already that behind. Good luck trying to reach them. You can leave a message - with a live person that chooses to take a message instead of schedule your apt etc. They charged the wrong amount for my co-pay so I have to fight to get that back - difficult since I can't reach the office. Another appointment we had they scheduled us during lunch so we walked into a dark office. Just very poorly run.
