Dr was over an hour late for our apt and it was 2:15, meaning they had only been back from lunch for an hour and were already that behind. Good luck trying to reach them. You can leave a message - with a live person that chooses to take a message instead of schedule your apt etc. They charged the wrong amount for my co-pay so I have to fight to get that back - difficult since I can't reach the office. Another appointment we had they scheduled us during lunch so we walked into a dark office. Just very poorly run.
Glory to God that the UNT Health Science Center is helping and supporting Miss Opal during the Lee Juneteenth Strong event in the movement for Juneteenth. May God bless this institution, the staff, and the patients throughout this land.
I want to thank the Dr. and staff most for being polite and attentive. This place got rid of my ear keloid I grew from an unhealed ear piercing. I am happy with my new ear! Unfortunately, my daughter experienced the same with her first ear piercing and I am so mentally and emotionally frusterated about it. I hope I can bring her in here soon too.
