This was my first time here and Kiersten was SO sweet and so honest. I have hair trauma from other salons and was super nervous as i’ve been cutting my own hair for awhile now. I have curly hair and she was so knowledgeable in what would be best for the longevity of it. This is without a doubt the best and closet someone has done my hair to what i asked for , she’s great at her job and truly a kind person i couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Edit: I appreciate the reply, the bangs were not cut at home originally. I didn’t have any beforehand besides curtain bangs at a previous appointment months prior, which is why there was a middle part in the newly cut bangs since it was the first time I’ve had them in 3 years. The stylist told me it is a common formation on newly cut bangs. The only part that was home cut was an inch off the ends, which I openly expressed since I was aware it was uneven, regardless I wanted it shorter than the length I cut. I am absolutely so very disappointed. I had a great first experience here but that was not the case this time. I had medium length hair and wanted a long pixie type cut. I was very nervous and specifically said I did not want a boy looking haircut. Now it doesn’t look like a boy haircut but it didn’t look even close to what it was supposed to either.
