Calm, relaxing atmosphere. Not an assembly line style nail salon, stylists take their time.
(TLDR: Undercut issues, will find another hair salon for future) To start off, my first 2 appointments were stellar. My first was with Kiersten, it had been a long time since my last cut she was very understanding and explained every step for me. My hair was very long, past my butt, but she gave me the courage to chop the dead off at the ends, about 7 inches.
