The billing here is TERRIBLE and the girls that work in the office have the WORST customer service and do not follow up on their responsibilities in paperwork or informing customers of insurance coverage. They sit there on their computers without acknowledging you while you're waiting in line. They provide excuses when it comes to your coverage saying you're responsible.
