BE AWARE THIS PLACE IS A BILLING SCAM! I used to love this place until recently. The billing here is TERRIBLE and the girls that work in the office have the WORST customer service and do not follow up on their responsibilities in paperwork or informing customers of insurance coverage. They sit there on their computers without acknowledging you while you're waiting in line. They provide excuses when it comes to your coverage saying you're responsible. RecommendedI became a patient at Unruh Spine Center at the end of March 2020 after my HMO misdiagnosed and didn’t treat me properly for 15 months. I wish I had made the change sooner! Dr. Unruh is quite possibly my favorite person right now. His staff is absolutely amazing - they remembered my name by my 3rd visit. They've also responded so well to the COVID-19 pandemic. I have pretty bad scoliosis and had full spinal fusion surgery at age 13. I carry a lot of my stress in my neck and shoulders and have chronic nerve pain in my lower back and legs. Dr. Goss is amazing along with all his staff members. I am so glad I found a clinic that does it all. very professional in all areas.
Oh so happy to have my neck nerve pain almost 109% gone!! Dr. Goss was so patient and amazing! Unruh spine center helped me walk again. Dirt bike accident in 2003 and Chase Is the one that helped me walk again. T12 had issues. He fixed it. !!
