I would NOT recommend to my worst enemy. I was a resident at one of his properties and it had mold, numerous health code violations, and he wouldn't fix anything. When we moved out he subsequently stole, sold, threw out ALL of our belongings and we had to take him to court. None of our property was returned and we lived in hotels for years until we could rebuild our lives. He showed no remorse for what he did.
