Since a lot of our work involves zoning or building permits, I often need to supply certificates of insurance. Unruh has always been prompt at sending them, and I appreciate that! They were also helpful when our company had the first vehicle accident in our 12 years of business.
Anytime I have had a question/concern or needed to modify something in my policy, it has only ever taken one phone call and everything was solved or taken care of. I have never had any issues and have always been treated with respect.
Great service. Anytime you have any questions, your agent is more than happy to answer them or find out the answer. They can't help you enough. Renewal bills are always forwarded with ample time to pay them. It is one great company.
