Great people, amazing equipment. Definitely recommend this gym. All your strength needs
By far the best gym in Grand Rapids. Plenty of squat racks, benches, deadlift platforms, dumbbell racks, heavy bag, wrestling mat, sled pull area, more than enough barbells and plates. Atmosphere is great, everybody is friendly, owners are cool. 24/7 access with key card. No reason to train anywhere else.
Nice gym but one of the owners with the longer hair is very aggressive, tries to fight people in the gym and is always rude and uses vulgar language towards members on the gym. Be careful very unstable person. A female worker had to break a fight up between the owner and some young kid.
