If I have any problems with my phone all I have to do is walk in tell Wynn what's wrong and it gets taken care 0f by him or his staff. I've never had a problem with the time it takes them either

A huge shout out to Wynn and Tina Sanford @ Unplugged! At noon yesterday, I was told by ATT Retail store that phone was not repairable and I needed a new phone. I stopped by Unplugged at 4:30 and before 5, I was on my way home with a working phone! Thanks so much!
