After a bit of extensive research, we chose Unparalleled Audio as the service to replace the faulty outdated media system in our 2016 Subaru Outback. Andre was extremely easy to talk to and a consummate professional every step of the way. I'm beyond thrilled with my new system. Andre is truly a professional who cares about quality over profits. I'm picky myself and I could tell that he went out of his way to do a job cleaner than I could have imagined, and tested various speakers in front of me during the end of the install to make sure I get to hear the different options. I could tell he put in so much effort, and is an expert in his craft. Trust me, he knows what he's doing and is incredibly skilled at it.
I love my 2014 Tahoe but I was tired of having to plug in my phone, and the limited capabilities of my factory installed radio. I wanted a something that was Apple play ready. I also wanted to make use of the tv monitor without having to use DVDs to play movies. Andre sets the standard that all companies should aspire to. I brought my car in to him to fix a radio that I had put in. I fully anticipated a recommendation for a complete system replacement because 1) it would have been easier to do than troubleshoot something that was installed by myself, 2) it would have been more lucrative for him as well.
