I am posting this as a warning for other UNOX oven owners. This is about a Unox XFT 200 used in a café run by family members. However one day while approaching the oven (running a cleaning cycle) the café owner saw two balls of flame come out below the oven, down and off to the right, accompanied by a loud pop and quickly followed by the circuit breaker tripping. Brilliant customer service!! Shout out to Crystal Orme, who went out of her way to source us a new glass panel from an independent contractor rather than having to wait 2 months for the part to arrive on back order. I have received regular phone updates on how the job is tracking, been reassured we'll be up and running as soon as possible, and altogether looked after. I couldn't be happier with the service. 5 stars.

Great experience! I’ve been loving my baker top. I use it to bake different kind of baking, pastry, pizza anything! Fantastic assistance of Luis during the installation and Riccardo for the training. They showed me all the secrets and the best features… and Riccardo is always available and ready to help, fabulous after purchase assistance! Absolute recommended it! Best oven
