Great experience! I’ve been loving my baker top. I use it to bake different kind of baking, pastry, pizza anything! Fantastic assistance of Luis during the installation and Riccardo for the training. They showed me all the secrets and the best features… and Riccardo is always available and ready to help, fabulous after purchase assistance! Absolute recommended it! Best oven

Worst oven I have ever used! Save your money and get a rational instead. I took over a kitchen that had unox cheftop oven. It's so over complicated for what it needs to be. Requires a continuous internet connection or it will continuously error out. It's ridiculously expensive to have repaired. Have spent over 5k on this unit to be told my the manufacturer that it's non repairable. The cleaning chemical is very specific to the unit and is about $18 per L and uses about 3L per week. First Unox oven we’ve bought. Patrice came and showed us everything and offered nonstop support so we could learn the oven. We are so happy with the ovens functionality, cleaning function and efficiency and we are also pleased with the customer support from Patrice who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend!
