Sarah has been exceptional throughout the entire process, friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and always willing to help with any questions we’ve had. She has even come out on the weekends to help us get up and running. Her communication and ongoing support have made everything incredibly easy, and nothing has ever felt like too much trouble. It’s rare to receive this level of genuine care and customer service.
Great Company with an amazing support staff. We have 1 Combi Oven and 3 Speed Ovens. All products have been exceptionally reliable and easy to use. Sarah was an absolute lifesaver helping us program all of our settings and spent hours with us testing until we found the perfect cook times. She is the best!
