Tengo una falla en el artículo que compré y no me dan solución . . Se cayó la piedra . Las vías de soluciones son solo burocráticas . Quiero comunicarme con la tienda para conseguir la factura de compra y no me dan un teléfono o mail que pueda comunicarme . Si es 1 de 50 evidentemente tiene que ser fácil de encontrar . Was walking through the shops at Columbus and came upon this store. They had really interesting pieces and could tell from the window it they were more interesting than your average mid-range jewelry store. Tyler was really helpful in explaining the brand, their design esthetic, and makin suggestions. Left with two pairs of earrings and a ring.

I have been there twice and saw Sandra - she is a gem and helped me with what I needed exactly when I needed it. I sincerely hope her pay is worth it, but we could all use a few more dollars, right?! She is greatly appreciated - I'm one of the many busy people in NYC and she makes sure to go out of her way to get things done as quick as possible. She makes it a point to "do one good deed a day" and to hear a person say that, says a lot about who they are. She is by-far the best rep I've interacted with in years!
