Extremely upset as we were lied to regarding the metals in the piece. These pieces are not “85% Silver”, but in fact sterling silver plating (poorly plated) over cheap base metal. I asked repeatedly about the composition of the metals as I am allergic to certain metals, and now I have a useless bracelet and allergic reaction.
The most beautiful store that even smells amazing! The women who work there are all stunning , and class acts. They will dress you up and you will leaving feeling like a princess no doubt. Shout out Rosa! Anna! Emmy! Valetina and newer but very talented young woman with cutting edge style. I LOVE MY UNO♥️ dont miss this store.
Staff were friendly and helpful. I had to exchange a bracelet for a different size- quick service. The store is spotless and so pretty! I will be back.
