I went in for a bday gift. The store was busy,I was immediately greeted and assured that I would be attended to. I was checked on repeatedly, my questions were answered, and if needed the inventory was checked for additional pieces. All the while she remained attentive to every customer. We all felt heard and attended to, no one walked out. Instead I walked out with 2 gifts plus one for myself. Victorias customer service was EVERYTHING! This will be my go to location every time!
