Closing Schedule was until 8pm, arrived 7:30 and the girl said straight up she had to do somethings and it was closed. When approached she couldn’t care less I even mentioned I came from far away. Worse Custumer service Ive seen, I wonder if her supervisor agrees or knows this! 12/28/25 again official closing time is 8pm while she decides to stay closed. Awful
Victoria is simply fantastic! Always so very helpful!! She makes remote buying from Tampa a breeze!!! Hands down best customer service ever!!! The products are beautiful and really high quality!! Great experience shopping here!
Najet* (hopefully that's correct. It was loud in the mall.) was absolutely fantastic. I went in to pick up my friend a 100$ gift card and they were just out, but said they'd have some in the next few days. She then asked me to hold on while she double checked and found the last one hidden around. She didn't have to do that and was so sweet to doublecheck, when a lot of employees wouldn't have bothered. We would've found a gift card to somewhere else, but she made the sale for your business and a loyal customer. Thank you!
