I purchased 2 bracelets. I visited the store the following week since the clasp on one of the bracelets broke. I was in the store for almost an hour since there wasn’t a manager in site. She finally called the manager, the manager told her to have me come back another day! Please have competent employees on site! I spent money commuting and I still have a broken bracelet! Extremely disappointed!!! If you’re not making a purchase you’re not acknowledged!!!!!!!! I’ve sent numerous emails no response. I’m still waiting!!
