I use to love shopping here Jarod was the manager he was the best . After he left I stopped shopping there I use to love all the new designs that came out so many different really cool pieces necklaces bracelets I have a lot of old school I miss the variety that’s what attracted me excited to see what’s new now same old stuff which is nice I miss the old school designs. 5 back in the day 3 now
Been trying to buy a gift certificate from there for three days. Whoever the personnel is he is extremely rude. I called just to ask where they were located and they hung up on me and then I called again and he hung up again I showed up and there was a sign that he would be back in 30 minutes but who knows did he leave five minutes ago or 25 minutes ago? I made a special trip and had to leave. I left a message and asked him to call me when he got back and he did notProbably should buy the gift certificate online
MASA BROKE MY NECKLACE AND UNO IS NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT! I have been shopping from Uno for over 15 years even before they open the store in Fashion Island. I have been very happy with everything until I had to deal with Masa.
