Customer service here was disappointing. Jessica wouldn’t allow me to try on the earrings, and when I asked if I could shower with them, Danielle responded by saying she finds it “disgusting” to do so instead of just answering the question. That kind of attitude is rude and unprofessional, and it makes customers feel unwelcome. Definitely not the experience you expect when considering a purchase.
Uno de 50 make some very pretty jewelry at reasonably high prices. Prices so high I assumed the jewelry was made of sterling silver. I asked and was told it was not sterling silver. It is sterling silver "plated". I purchased bracelet and a necklace. I asked about a warranty on the finish and was told not to shower with the jewelry on, but told "It should hold up to sweat." Did I make a good purchase? We shall see.
