Excellent customer service from all member in store
The store is nice, but when I asked what metal the jewelry was made of the sales person tried to deceive me by saying the jewelry was solid sterling silver. She said look it up, so I did, and discovered it is silver plated alloy.
Sara went above and beyond to ensure we were immediately taken care of, fully upholding the company’s commitment to lifelong support. It’s the service I expect anywhere we go. Thank you so much!!!
Sara & Mafer were amazing at helping me & my daughters pick out all of our pieces. They were patient and attentive and made sure we left extremely happy with exactly what we wanted. They hand wrapped each piece in beautiful packaging which made me feel very special. Truly an amazing experience! Will be back to shop with them very soon!
