Ordered 2 pizza and breadsticks for delivery at 530pm promised and hour delivery. 20 minutes after promised time called to find out the status. Only to find out our pizza was not put down for delivery but pick up and was now in route after sitting under the lamp for 40 minutes!!! I canceled the order! Completely unacceptable business!!!
Service was terrible. Sat at the bar for 10 minutes and never even got talked to. Got to our table and ordered drinks and waited another 25 minutes to get those. Ordered appetizers and our food at the same time. Waited some more. Then got our food. No appetizers. Didn't get the appetizers til after we were done with our main meal. Food was ok. Not great.
The Power Salad was excellent!! Service was good
Visited here last night. Was told there'd be about a 15 minute wait but within 10 minutes we were shown to a table. That was the end of our dinner experience at Unos. No wait staff acknowledged our presence, we were not even given a drink much less the opportunity to order any food. Wait staff was swirling all around us but they were very busy taking care of other customers. We waited at our table for about 25 minutes and finally walked out. Went for lunch with my Step-Dad. We both were happy with our entrees. I was especially happy cuz I had a BOGO coupon :-) They have a great happy hour too, from 4-7pm. One of the best kept secrets in town. Good food, charming atmosphere & it doesn't break the bank. :-D
