It was my 3 sister's and i. The Packers were playing so i understand its exciting and i like watching them play also but....it was way to loud in this place!! They have surround sound which I don't understand why it has to be so loud? We couldn't hear ourselves talk. The service was horrible!! It took probably 10 minutes for them to come take our drink order and then by the time she came for food orders our drinks needed to be refilled! Turn your volume down and get more help!!! While I've had some good meals at Uno's over the years, my last one definitely was not. I don't recommend their baked haddock or brussel sprouts...both were extremely dry. Normally, I'd order pizza or a pasta dish but I was trying to eat a little healthier. Hubby did not want me to complain (he's a chef) but I did tell the waitress to let the chef know when she gave us the check. �
Way to cold in the place. One of the worst bartenders I've had any where. You would have to stop him and ask for anything, rarely was behind the bar. People next to me ordered their pizza twice and was wrong both times. Manager was not friendly never smiled or talked to anyone, always had a drink at the end of the bar. If an employee asked her for something it was like they were bothering her. Won't be back even if across the street from my hotel.
Service is horrible. Screwed up first pizza, screwed up second pizza then Manager said she will “split the bill” with me. Bartender had 3 customers and had to be tracked down any time we wanted something. Obviously THEY don’t care about social media ( just look at this page) but smart people use it to make decisions. Be smart, avoid this place.
