It is a very busy place. Portions were generous and service excellent. Alicia was our server and she was great. She made suggestions and answered all our questions. She checked on us regularly, which was really nice of her.

RecommendedGreat customer service and friendly staff !!! There was an error in regards to my pick up order and the staff was very quick to apologize. It wasn’t really a big deal to me they made 2 small pizzas instead of one small and one medium . They gave me free salad and breakfasts since I said it was ok with the two small - I was very impressed with UNOs and wanted to say thank you to the woman working up front today!!! Delicious Chicago pizza , breadsticks and salad !
This was within walking distance from our hotel and pizza sounded good...we sat in the bar ( mistake) the bar tender was seriously unfriendly. Asked about a cocktail on the menu and she really just just barked at us ( we should have left) thankfully the pizza was good...service was not.
Not a friendly manager. Cared to do nothing when we were VERY patient and almost walked out because we were waiting so long! Rude manager ..would not recommend. We waited for an hour. Waitress was friendly and super sweet
Went for lunch with my bestie, great food, great service.
My husband and I had the artichoke dip appetizer and the Windy City Pizza. He drank 2 cokes and I drank 2 Stella's. The beer was cold, the food was hot, our waitress was attentive, and the price was fair. Good food!
We went to UNOs for our anniversary. It wasn’t to busy, we had quick and friendly service. There was an accident involving our order so they discounted it accordingly and overall it was a wonderful experience. We plan on coming back with our kids and coming back for many more occasions. The menu is diverse enough for any pallete.
