Management was unwilling to correct their error.
Ordered a deep dish pizza , received maybe hand tossed at best or a thick thin crust. Manager came out and said it was a deep dish pizza , even though the people across the way got a deep dish and it was twice as thick as ours. For that reason and to have management lie to me and didn’t offer to make it right or discount it. I will never be back again and have posted it on Facebook about how we were treated
RecommendedI had curbside pick up of Shrimp Scampi. The $9.99 Thursday special. Service was friendly and prompt. The pasta remained hot after a 25 minute drive home. 😊

worst customer service ever. 1.5 hours to get our dinner. Bill's messed up and took 20 minutes to "fix" that werent fixed.while we all sat and patiently waited. get second bill... give card to pay bill and server Lori decided to add someones appetizer to my bill as they already paid and left. She did not inform me of this addition she took it upon herself to charge my card of this missing charge from a bill SHE MESSED UP. when given my slip to sign again she did not inform me. when given her tip she sighed rudely as she walk... read more
