Downstairs was awesome. I miss it so much. The Square just isn't the same

Awful! I don't think the fans were on in the kitchen so the entire restaurant filled with smoke. They opened the door near the kitchen but it was about 6 ft from our table. It's only 19 degrees outside, I was freezing! We had a party of 22 BUT the rest of the restaurant was pretty empty. Slow service and unfortunately I think the two people working were new. Bar service is terrible. Bartender is overwhelmed making every customer feel like an inconvenience, using the excuse "I'm so busy, so much going on..." I feel bad, severely understaffed.
