Uno Uno Chicago Grill has a very diverse menu that appeals to all ages and tastes. The quality of the food seems to be more frozen than fresh. Overall the atmosphere was nice and comfortable. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to friends if they are looking for a good quality meal.
Pizza Pizza that is cheesy, mouth watering, and yummy. Now you dont have to go to Chicago to get this kind of pizza. Its in a good location and it has WI-FI.
I work at Uno's and. in response to the statement that our food seemed more frozen than fresh: There very FEW things that you can find on our menu that comes frozen. One more thing...when you come into the restaurant and you have a coupon, you have to tip at least 15% of the ORIGINAL total. Just because you get a discount on your meal, doesn't mean you get a discount on your service so you still have to tip.
Great Service & Food Visited restaurant on a busy Friday night. Wait time was minimal and service was great. Our server was great. He kept our tea refilled at all times and when our food came, he didn't forget us like some restaurants do. Food was cooked exactly like we asked (steak well done) and it was very juicy and tender. Shrimp were seasoned just right. One negative about this restaurant is that it is very loud. PROS: Great Service CONS: Noise
LCB My husband and I went to Unos for the first time tonight. The food was not good at all. I had the beef tips and asked for them to be medium rare. And they came rare. I asked to waitress to fix it and she did. They came back a second time half well done and half rare. What I had not expected was for them to only recook the one's I had cut open which were rare and give be back the same ones that were not cooked correctly. I talked with the owner/manager. And he told me I was wrong. Making me feel as if I was lying. He did ... read more
A Fun Night Out I hadn't ever been to Uno before, but I knew it was a pizza place. I expected it to be like a sit down Pizza Hut--very informal and kid oriented. I was pleasantly surprised. The menu is quite diverse and has options even for the pickest eater. While it's not five star cuisine, the food was delicious and creative.
