Wow...can't even schedule an appointment that may take a min or 2. was on the phone for nearly 2hours, no joke. I feel that phone calls are being ignored. Started by saying 9 callers ahead, then went down to 8 callers. After an 1hour, I called again on the other line, which stated 7callers ahead and is a 79min wait. Finally, it then rang differently in which prompted that my call was going to be answered. However, nothing but silence. *dead air*. I pictured phone was picked up, placed on mute then placed down. I was on hold for over an hour and decided to hang up and call back. On the second call a message played saying they were experiencing a high volume of calls but no one ever ended up picking up the phone the phone
I hate UNMH!!!! They're NEVER on time and they don't give a damn about you
They have me waiting on the line for 45 min and all of the sudden I hear a voice recording saying that the clinic was closed. Looks like they put me on hold until they closed the clinic.
I had an excellent experience with an always not so fun colonoscopy procedure. Friendly, attentive staff. Many thanks for making it so painless.
