I've taken my 16 year old son twice now and we love Dr. George. He takes time, and doesn't rush my son to answer. He asks if he has questions and watches my sons body cues as well as listening patiently. The staff was very attentive and nice. When we first walked in, a staff member overheard me telling my son that I wasn't sure we were in the right building. She stopped and asked u where we were going. Then directed us. I recommend the UNMC Family medicine.
Hannah Christiansen has awful patient communication. It takes months to get an appointment, but they won't refill prescriptions in between. I used to love Nebraska med, but they are awful. Can't believe I'm saying this, but save yourself some trouble and go to CHI. Nothing new as of October 25th, but she continues to hold prescriptions hostage while her office keeps pushing appointments back. It is bad medicine.
I just called to get established with a new PCP since mine left the Methodist system and was told to go to the website and see what they offer. Extremely unhelpful since I have medical needs that I want to make sure I have an experienced physician for.
Dr. Harnisch is great. His bedside manner is incredible and he and his staff take the time to understand your needs and listen!
I've been coming here for quite a few years and the only bad thing I have to say about this clinic is that sometimes you can't get in when you want even if it's 2 weeks out. But other than that, I found a great doctor that knows her stuff. The staff is helpful, the facility is nice. Over all, it's a great experience .
