The providers and hygienists are fine. My issue is with the billing. I had an appointment in April to reassess my bite guard, which is covered under my insurance at 100%. However, they failed to submit the required records with the claim and have been billing me for the visit. 6/9/25 I called UHC about the claim to figure out why it had been denied after receiving a bill, where they called Teresa McArray, the billing person. It was explained to her in voicemail, due to her not picking up the phone, that in order to submit D0... read more
