Shady employees. They claim to have quality rentals, that isn't the case. My apartment hadn't been cleaned before I moved in, had outdated plumbing, broken shutters, and it smelled strongly of cigarettes. They claimed to clean and get the smell out before I moved in, but it was evident that neither happened.
