The scheduling is terrible, there's no accountability. No one in that office is equipped nor do they seem to care. Its terribly frustrating trying to get medical care with a staff that genuinely treats you like a burden and would rather blame you as the patient for not being available when they call you. I dont think I've ever felt so much disrespect from a womens clinic at that.
I'm leaving a 2 start because I never once received a call for my appointment nor a text message about my appointment coming up. No confirmation call or text and I woke up remembering I had one soon just to find out it was that morning I had just missed it. Now I have to wait 4 and a half months to see someone. I already waited 3 months for this appointment to. Its real sad because I'm mid 30s and wanting to start my family and this is now delaying that. I’ve had good experiences here. Reception is friendly, and doctors and nurses are kind and informative. They do sometimes run behind, but they seem to be very busy. Overall would recommend this clinic.
A woman named Tanya answered the phone and was very dismissive and rude. I was trying to make an appointment and she told me I hadn't been there before but didn't make sure she had my name spelled right and didn't explain that if it had been more than 3 years since I'd been there I would need to re-establish. I never received a call for my daughter's appointment which was weird. The doctor was kind when we came in and informative which was the only nice thing I can say. I just called the office to make a future appointment and the lady was so rude and unhelpful. Would not make me an appointment so I guess I'll have to take her somewhere else.
