Doctors and staffs are nice, that's about it. My mom was coughing and fatigue for over a week; despite telling them that my mom was around her grand children, who had pneumonia and all the symptoms were the same. They decided sent my mom home with a cough suppression. Few days later, her symptom got worse and she come back again to see the doctor. This time they give her an x-ray and blood test. I've been taking my kid here for years and I have never had a problem with getting apartments or shot records for school until now. I call and the stupid automated system tells me the clinic is closed. So what time do they really open if it's not 730? Like it's indicated here online.
Front staff and doctors are nice. The office tends to schedule you for follow up appointments without asking availability and have the audacity to ask you why you’re rescheduling. Because I work and have two other days I am free but you didn’t ask?! What I am usually told face to face is not what happens behind the scenes. If they tell you they are going to fax something, DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. They will not advocate for you. You need to advocate for yourself.
