Had my finger amputated and they rescheduled my appointment to another month out concerning I have a cut off finger you would think they would prioritize that to avoid any complications but no I get my appointment rescheduled very unprofessional and inconvenient thankfully healing is doing fine cause it can really be serious just to have them push my appointment back very disappointed that this is what my money goes to
Very disappointed in UNM orthopedics. Dr. Mercers ego enters the room before she does. Dr. Chafey is almost worse. Discrimination is NEVER okay!!!!!!!

The Outcome: Upon awakening, I experienced 100% loss of motor function in my left arm. Dr Modhia's back surgery left me with FBSS. The after surgery care was horrendous and non caring. I was left in extreme pain without the function of my left arm which still has not fully gained pre surgery ROM. The surgery was done on upper spine when all my pain was in lower back which did nothing to resolve any of my lower back problems. I was never given the option to burn the nerves which looking back would have been the option I would have taken.
