This place is a complete mess. The head tech at the front end is so mean to the patients and staff. I have seen her in action. My doctor was so mad. He was sitting there doing nothing for 2 hours and I was checked in and they would not bring me back. In fact they told me to leave and go eat. I said I would stay and 5 minutes later they came to take me back. I cannot walk well and told them they just told me to leave. The chick told me oh we would have called you to come back. Ruben Franco is the best!! I was a new a new patient and he spent a good hour with me explaining everything in terms that I understood. Showed me what's wrong with my back and gave me options. I have a follow up appt in march with him. Very thorough and helpful. I recommend this place and Ruben!!

Setting expectations of response and care is import to for future patients and those in highly impactful situations. My own personal timeline of recent experience Sep. 2025 - I go to the UNM Sandoval Regional ER at my PCP's direction. ER submits a STAT referral (in their own system). Nov. 2025 - Scheduling calls me to set an appointment. May. 2026 - When they are first available. Anti epileptic drugs are prescribed via last chart filed not the day I run out. I call to correct scripts 2x now my insurance won't fill until prescribing Dr. rescinds all the incorrect ones and writes it properly never had 2 different scripts of the same medicine 1 morning 1 night to be filled simultaneously.
