Sara Copeland is an exceptional provider and she truly cares for her patients she is very kind.
My concerns with this clinic are not about my doctor, but rather about how the clinic operates. I regret transferring to the Westside location because communication has been very difficult compared with my experiences at other UNM clinics. The messaging system is often unresponsive, and when I do receive a reply, I am frequently directed to call another number rather than having the issue addressed through the patient portal.
