Great team
They are ruthless here, called last year to get unm care since I lost my insurance at the beginning of the year. Scheduled me in March to get help. AND THEY REFUSED TO HELP ME PAY FOR MY MEDICATION EVEN THOUGH I QUILIFIED LAST YEAR. They said they will not help till after my appointment. So I have to go 3 months without my medication.
Very rude and was unable to get pain meds for wife surgery. They sent text saying meds ready you go there and they said only on surgery day then they put them back before surgery because we didn't pick then up. Unfortunately have to give 1 star when they deserve a 0 Zero
Some of the smartest pharmacists in Albuquerque work here. The Pharmacists are so helpful all I need to do is ask for one. I like the mail out program. Phone refill system is broken if it says it will take extra time that is true it will take an eternity. Talk to a person for refills instead. This is a great place due to the pharmacists that work there.
