Despite recent cosmetic improvements (see also below about ♀'s restroom), UNM Outpatient Pharmacy at 1209 University has always been & continues to be mediocre or less (I've had to use the place for decades). Right hand rarely knows what left hand is doing. Counter service varies from merely competent to outright rude to astonishingly dumb. Phone staff are usually bored and in a ridiculous rush to NOT to be on the phone with you. Some kind of text based prescription notification system would be neato. Also. More staff to run the windows.
Great place, nice people although they always seem to miss one of my medications. And I always have to wait longer than anticipated.
