it's the worst and disgusting place to go for a covid test. The white women here are dirty and evil as well as will do anything to convince their team members to hate other people. This facility shouldn't even be doing COVID19 tests. In November my children and I were sick with pnumonia and because they didn't treat people properly I blame this hospital as well for distributing sickness to the world to let pnumonia and Sars get out of hand. more Drs and Nurses are needed and these ones need to go. Either your nurses just lik... read more

Went to unmh and got stolen from by the intake tech “Brandy” patient advocate did a subpar investigation and basically said it’s my own fault. I’ve filed police reports, called directors, etc and yet nobody seems to want to help. Don’t go here unless you plan on being a victim and exploited.

The biggest joke of a medical facility I’ve ever experienced. The Emergency Room is filled with unprofessional & uneducated Nurses & med students, with virtually no accountability or supervision. I would be frightened if I were to find myself in an actual life or death medical crisis at the Hospital. Go anywhere BUT this hospital.

It should not take 30 minutes on hold to make an appointment. You also shouldnt have to wait an hour past your scheduled appointment time to be seen by a doctor. I've never been treated worse by medical professionals and neither have my kids. 100% worth it to go out of network and pay for services elsewhere.

BEWARE. I finally got both of 2 bills from my daughter's 15 minute dermatology visit way back on 11/5. The total of the "doctor's charge" and "facility charge" is over $650. All they did was apply Salicylic acid to one wart. That is OUTRAGEOUS!

while on the bus the driver had to slam on the brakes to avoid hitting the car that cut him off. I pushed my son back so he wouldn't go flying and flew myself. About 10 feet I tried to stop myself and broke my left hand. Jacked up my right knee and got bad whiplash. What they did for me was put a wrist slint on me to hold my hand so the bone heels itself and my pinky is jammed so when they put the splint on I asked about my pinky that I can't move I was told by the Dr I could get tape and slint it. NO HE DIDN'T HAVE THE nurs... read more
