I LOVE my doctor! Dr Gavin is awesome. The downside, is the receptionists. They are so unbelievably rude! They put you on hold without ever checking back, when you ask for assistance they answer with sarcasm. I doubt any of the patients choose to need a GI, and its hard enough that we have to go through our trials and tribulations. Having rude reception to their place of business makes it even worse!
