I’ve been calling up there to try to verify an appointment for a client of mine. These people never answer their phone. I’ve been calling since Monday morning. It is now Friday.
Great hygienists & excellent interns. Very gentle and professional! I highly recommend this dental facility! A+++ I MIGHT ADD THAT IT TAKES FOREVER TO GET AN APPOINTMENT BUT ONCE YOU GET IN, ITS EASY TO GET SERVICE & CARE. IT'S WORTH IT. This is apart of UNM Dental School it is a training facility with students. It is also 2 of the only Dental facilities available for low income Medicaid. Thus the reason for taking so long for an appointment. They are extremely busy!!!
I am trying to get an appointment in first of May they haven't got June's calendar called 5/15 to see June's calendar in and now they are still bogus they haven't got July's calendar. Not asking for any thing free. I would have to pay all myself... Anything UNM SUCKS. If I were dying I would say let me die before taking me to UNM!!!!!
Waiting on a call back from someone again. In July 2024 I scheduled an appointment for June 19th to get work done. Literally a year (11 months) I waited , and she said today it’s just a checkup. I asked if I could schedule work out to be done and she said July is the earliest . As far as waiting lists go I’m top of the list , I doubt 1 patient has waited that long to be seen.
