My daughter just aged out of her pediatric dentist. I had heard of poor reports from UNM Special Needs Dental, BUT!!! They got a new dentist a few months ago, and my daughter's experience was absolutley wonderful! They were cheering her, and she had her x-rays with as little fighting EVER! God Bless you! I never knew how good a dentist could be with my daughter! IF you've had problems in the past - please give them another chance!
The lady doesn’t respond to calls and very bad at what she does. Getting an appointment here is really difficult.
They have the most RUDEST STAFF EVER. NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE’S. They don’t help you, to the point that I’m sorry to bug you to do your job that you chose to go to school to do. Please make sure to record all phone calls when you do get a chance to talk to them if ever because they lie and will say that you are saying something in a certain tone or whatever that way you have your backup to make sure that you have proof of how their staff don’t handle their calls and how they don’t have professionalism.
