I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone to make an appointment for two days now and haven’t received a call back, I called again today to have someone pick up and put me back on hold without a word to me! I could hear him talking to another person and click back to hearing elevator music for over an hour!!!!!!! I was told by the automated voice message that I was caller 2 and had one person ahead of me, for an hour??? Hung up called back now have 4 people ahead of me. I need to take my son back there because that is the only place in nm that can effectively work on his teeth. We stopped going after his last visit in 2020, the dentist said he had to have all his teeth extracted and I couldn't let that happen because to me his teeth were all very good except for one crooked loose tooth. Dr. Andrade refused to explain why and dismissed me like I didn't know anything! But I knew that his teeth weren't rotten or such like that!. I hope she's not there anymore and gave a better staff. 08/26/25: Getting someone on the phone, and actually trying to schedule an appointment with the secretary at this specific office, is like pulling teeth already. The lady at 9:10 a.m., answering phones is very ignorant. I don't care if you're overwhelmed and stressed at work. I worked in restaurants before, those aren't things that people want to hear, when we're trying to obtain services, your Paid to aide them with. Despite waiting a week and a half for them to call me with my referral appointment for my child. The lady at 08/26/25 answering the phones at 9:10 am, is out of her mind. She refuses to send you reminders for your appointments, and she tried to talk me out of making it all together. And when I tried to tell her about the importance of this appointment she kept talking over me. I’ve been calling up there to try to verify an appointment for a client of mine. These people never answer their phone. I’ve been calling since Monday morning. It is now Friday.
