Amazing pool, everything is pristine clean, there is a spa just by the pool side, lifeguards on site at all times. Parking is convenient, the fee is low given that you get access to all other facilities as well. Maybe the only missing thing is there are no diving stands so you can't practice that. I've been taking swimming lessons from Elisa M - besides just being 100% punctual, clear in communication and always upbeat - she brings your understanding of the swimming and the water to the next level.
Swam 3 mornings at the Student Rec pool during my recent business trip to LV. Being used to a crowded pool, I rushed to be there at opening, only to blissfully enjoy the pool to myself. Hot tub is included for a post workout soak. $10 day use fee applies, and you have to sign a waiver and pay at each visit. Paid parking in the garage starts at 7am. Also check facility hours on the website, they opened at 6am but are closed at semester breaks.
