So far I’ve had a really good experience with UNLV MFM and Dr. Jackson. They have done both my NT scan and my Anatomy scan and thank Jesus, both were normal. The office staff is friendly and helpful, and many seem to be Spanish speakers/bilingual as well which is nice for those that need services in Spanish! The waiting room is clean, the bathrooms are clean and very comfortable, large and spacious. I had a appoiment with Melinda de guzman. I really liked her, she sat down and listened to me and took her time, she's very friendly and doesn't rush. Yes, I recommend her I didn't have to wait long to be called to see her, and the girls at the desk were very helpful. i went to 3196 S Maryland Pkwy
Overcharge for services, bad communication between the secretary and the doctors, worst customer service I have ever had.
Terrible front desk staff. They seem completely unaware of patient rights, which is very concerning. Customer service is crucial in healthcare, and their lack of knowledge and professionalism was disappointing.
I’m really disappointed in this place. I’m pregnant and I’m so stressed. 1st doctor never followed up with me even though she said she was. She just left me hanging. They had to call her back in the room because I still had questions. Had to wait one week for medication because they wouldn’t send it to the pharmacy. It wasn’t until my next appointment that I reminded them to do it. Now I’m waiting for another medication because again it hasn’t been sent to the pharmacy.
