Service at the office are ok yet the referrals given for requested services ( Therapy Requested for In center only to get a person for At Home ) are not good and the holy moly the anxiety stress levels involved on trying to get your kids Prescriptions is ridiculous. Multiple Calls to the office as well as Pharmacies stating no correct info given or received yet having to postpone followups multiple times is not worth the hassle….
The counseling sessions go very well. However, it’s really hard to get the prescriptions for your child filled on time. It seems like they wait until the last possible moment before you run out to fill it.,then you have to be on the phone arguing and struggling just to get your child’s prescription filled for another month. My child has been on this medication since he was very young. It’s nothing new, but somehow it’s difficult for them to get a prescription to the pharmacy.
