I need to schedule an appointment for a colonoscopy but I can't reach anyone. I have been left on hold forever, and when I leave my number for a callback no one returns my call. I even left messages for my doctor's staff on MyChart and got no response. Why would I trust them to have my colonoscopy done here? I'm out.
Both the Rheumatology department (Thank you Chatham), and the Gastro are exceptional.
There is absolutely no communication.They had me waste my time prepping for colonoscopy no one told me or called to tell me It had been canceled So I not only inconvenienced people by having them go to the place with me I suffered the whole night before prepping for something that I didn't even have to prep for. Smh This place simply does not careThis is an awful place to have to do any type of anything with.
