I have tried multiple times to call for an appointment and no one answers. I looked through these reviews and have noticed so many have the same issue and so I emailed the office like some of the reviews say to do and I only received one response but with no follow up and no appointment has been made still. This is our health we are trying to get ahead of and with the unfortunate events as this it makes it very discouraging to see a brighter future due to negligence from the office staff. Why does nobody pick up the phone? The rating here should be zero.
Hard to become a new patient when no one answers the phone. I’ve called 5 times and left two messages with no response. Clinic should be more productive since they are responsible for people’s health.
The worst experience with this office, No one ever answering the calls, No one ever returning the call and messages, Impossible to schedule, modify or cancel the appointments. They definitely need to hire more responsible office staff.
I have been calling and leaving messages for over week and no one calls me back???????
