Scheduling for surgery here is ridiculous
Not sure where all the negative reviews come from, but if you’re looking for a good ENT in Vegas, Dr. Harry Ching is amazing. He was professional, patient, and really listened to my concerns. I had a great experience with him and definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy ENT in Las Vegas.
I waited in the office for a very long time just to wait more in the room. Once I got there they did not fill me in on any information. I was told my visit was covered by my hospital visit but then they charged me $200. When I called about this they were rude and kept transferring me. They did not help me at all. I’m very disappointed in the services they provided.
Arriving to intake all front desk personal had big smiles, made me feel very welcome, and customer service was beyond 5 stars! I was also extremely appreciative with the calm and caring dimener from Dr. Loyd and assistant! Dr. Loyd and staff are the best! 🫶🫵🫡
